As a Java developer, you will be responsible for utilizing your strong Core Java (JDK 8 plus) experience, along with expertise in Spring boot, Spring, and Rest based Microservices. Your role will involve working with cloud hosting platforms such as AWS or GCP and supporting applications effectively. Proficiency in CI/CD toolchain tools like Git, Junit, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifact repositories, SonarQube, and others will be crucial for the seamless development process. You will be expected to have hands-on experience with Container Orchestration, specifically Kubernetes, and troubleshoot issues using observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, etc in complex cloud-based environments. Your understanding and working experience with Web protocols, Web Services, and REST APIs will play a key role in the successful execution of your tasks. Moreover, your solid grasp of Data management technologies, including experience with at least one of the SQL and NOSQL (Cassandra) products, will be essential. You will be required to conduct research to identify best practices, effectively communicate and collaborate with different teams and roles, and leverage your cloud and automation engineering experience in a mission-critical environment. Your scripting experience in Python/Groovy, coupled with an inquisitive mindset and willingness to question designs and implementations, will be highly valued. You should possess a strong desire to learn and master new technologies, as well as identify innovative technological solutions to complex problems. Additionally, your experience in working with small teams of engineers on delivering initiatives from design through implementation to delivery and post-release monitoring and operations support will be beneficial for this role.,
