Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant, located in Chennai. The Articled Assistant will get an oppurtunity to practically experience various aspects of accounting, auditing, taxation, compliance processes, and advisory work. Responsibilities include assisting in statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, preparation and filing of financial statements, tax compliance, and reporting. The role requires efficient research, attention to detail, timely communication, and collaboration with team members to deliver accurate and insightful results.

Qualifications

• CA-Inter Qualified, with focus on professional growth.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and auditing procedures
• Basic knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws, including tax filing and compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with tools like Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software, and other related applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative team environment
