1. Private Limited and Sec 8 Companies

2. Charitable Organizations (Trust, Society, Sec 8 Companies)

3. INGOs

Work Types:

1. Auditing

2. Accounting

3. Taxation

4. Filing of various returns with Ministry of Corporate Affairs

5. Secretarial Compliances

6. Statutory compliances of Companies and NGOs like Income Tax, TDS, GST, FEMA, FCRA, ROC, Director KYC, DPT-3, Company Incorporations etc.

7. Various registrations like 12A 80G, GST, IEC, Professional Tax, Provident Fund, ESIC, Shops and Establishment etc. and filing of returns and other time to time compliances

8. Handling Income tax, GST and FCRA Cases

9. Filing of Annual Income Tax Returns based on Auditing etc. and few other forms of income tax related to annual compliances
