We are seeking fresh graphic designers who have recently graduated and possess the drive and energy to be part of one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies in the industry. Joining our team means working with big brands, creating impactful collateral, and engaging in a dynamic learning environment. Additionally, there will be opportunities for collaboration over beer. The role involves collaborating with account managers and clients to grasp design objectives and requirements, crafting design briefs that align with client expectations, brainstorming innovative concepts, and generating out-of-the-box ideas. You will be responsible for developing rough sketches to illustrate concepts, utilizing illustration, photography, typography, and color techniques to create comprehensive layouts, conceptualizing website and email templates, and designing print and web marketing materials along with website layouts and stationery. Key skills we are looking for include top-notch design and illustration abilities, a keen eye for typography, inherent creativity, a thorough understanding of client requirements, extensive art and design knowledge, the ability to blend functionality with aesthetics, proficiency in Adobe software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and preferably Dreamweaver, and the capacity to work effectively under tight deadlines and high pressure situations. Qualification required for this position is any degree in communication design, and the position is available for immediate joining. The average annual CTC for this role ranges from 1.8 to 2.04 lakhs per annum.
