Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized Studio Administrator to manage daily operations of our office and studio. The ideal candidate will oversee administrative tasks, support creative projects, handle social media updates, maintain accounts records, and ensure smooth functioning of the studio space. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office administration (calls, emails, scheduling, correspondence) Oversee studio space operations – bookings, upkeep, client coordination, and smooth workflow Prepare and design PowerPoint presentations (PPT) with professional formatting and creativity Assist in creating and posting content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Maintain daily accounts records (petty cash, expenses, vendor bills, spreadsheets) Manage office supplies, vendors, and external service providers Coordinate with team members for meetings, events, and project schedules Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) Requirements: Graduate with strong communication and coordination skills Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) Familiarity with social media tools (Instagram, Facebook, Canva, etc.) Basic knowledge of accounts and record-keeping Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn Prior experience in office/studio administration preferred, but freshers with the right skills may apply Working Hours: [e.g., 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday] Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
