We are currently seeking an Art Director who can convey this belief through a visual language that is authentic, down-to-earth, and emotionally compelling. The Role: As an Art Specialist at Turno, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of the brand, working closely with our content and strategy team. Your primary focus will entail crafting visual campaigns and content tailored specifically for Tier 2/3 and rural Indian markets. These visuals should resonate with the target audience in terms of language, style, and emotions. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the visual representation of Turno's brand identity across various platforms such as hoardings, website banners, and in-store signage. - Transforming strategic briefs into visually striking campaigns that are culturally relevant and functionally effective. - Creating creative assets for digital (social media, video), print (leaflets, banners), and retail (storeboards, vehicle branding) mediums. - Collaborating with copywriters and marketing teams to develop comprehensive campaigns customized for local communities. - Establishing and managing a local design system encompassing color palettes, iconography, and layouts that can be adapted across different regions and languages. - Directing the artistic vision of educational content including how-to guides, EV explainer infographics, EMI flow visuals, and more. - Supervising external creative vendors and local printers to ensure consistency and quality in execution. Qualifications & Experience: - 5-7 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or art direction. - Minimum of 3+ years working within a brand or campaign-focused creative team.
