The Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design position at our Pune development center is seeking an experienced User Experience/Interaction Designer with a strong passion for data-driven experience design. As part of our innovative Product Development team, you will be involved in the rapid iteration of Prototypes and MVPs in the B2B and B2B2C domains, focusing on solving complex business challenges with an emphasis on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design Proof-of-Concepts and Minimum Viable Data Products using human-centric design principles and rapid prototyping methodologies. You will contribute to the design of digital data products, ensuring optimal user experiences by participating in "Design Thinking" workshops and exploring innovative solutions in the realm of Big Data, AI, and ML. Additionally, you will work on defining the next generation of data-driven products and contributing to Mastercard's design pattern library. Your responsibilities will include creating cohesive visual language across various platforms, collaborating with key partners, and driving experimentation to enhance product design quality. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Interaction Design, including experience in developing User Archetypes, rapid prototyping, and articulating engaging experiences through sketches and prototypes. Proficiency in using prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Experience Design is required. Furthermore, experience in Visual Design, UX research, and client-facing engagements is a plus. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design for Interactive Media or equivalent experience is preferred.
