Your responsibilities go beyond managing programs; you will be designing the very engine that powers the company. - Lead art teams across 23 shows concurrently. - Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and other leads in scripting, animation, and post-production. - Set the visual style, language, and tone for each show based on the Creative Director's vision. - Make casting and character asset decisions to maintain continuity. - Guide Senior AI Artists in upholding quality. - Monitor team productivity and manage expectations. - Ensure timely delivery of visuals. - Troubleshoot creative issues proactively. - Adapt to new tools and production needs. - Participate in reviews, planning meetings, and creative syncs with other departments. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in art direction, visual development, or creative production. - Background in film/video production or animation/motion design preferred. - Keen eye for composition, lighting, character aesthetics, and visual storytelling. - Proven experience in leading creative teams and providing constructive feedback. - Effective communication skills to balance creative vision with production efficiency. - Comfort working with AI-based workflows and exploring new visual technologies.
