As an Art Director at Centrick, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and creating strategic design and communication solutions for our esteemed clients. Your primary responsibility will be to translate client requirements into visually appealing designs that resonate with their target audience. Your designs will not only be aesthetically pleasing but will also convey the core values and essence of the brands we work with. To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in graphic design, motion design, print, and interface design. Collaboration is at the heart of our creative process, so you should enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design is essential, along with a robust portfolio and showreel that showcases your design and motion work. Proficiency in software such as Adobe XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a must. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a design or advertising agency, demonstrating your ability to deliver high-quality design solutions within tight deadlines.
