The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of construction processes, materials, and finished work in line with project specifications and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities : Monitor and ensure the quality of civil works at construction sites. Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials, equipment, and work processes. Review project specifications, design drawings, and construction methods for quality assurance. Prepare and maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and reports. Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to resolve any quality-related issues. Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations and industry standards. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures. Report any non-conformities or discrepancies to senior management. Support and train site teams on quality standards and procedures. Qualifications : Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in civil quality management and construction projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction processes, and quality control methods. Proficient in reading technical drawings, specifications, and standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
