Now, we’re looking for a cinematographer who lives to shoot, breathes visual grammar, and knows how to move people with motion. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with directors, creatives, and clients to define the visual language of ad films, promos, and branded content. Handle everything from framing to lighting, lens choices to mood boards . Lead on-set cinematography with precision, speed, and flair. Work across formats: social-first content, digital ads, commercial spots, and narrative promos. Translate concepts into visually striking stories —whether it’s a 6-second Instagram ad or a 2-minute cinematic montage. What We’re Looking For: Strong reel/portfolio showcasing versatility, emotion, and a clear eye for aesthetics. Experience with cameras like RED, Arri, Sony FX, Canon C-series (or equivalent). Skilled in both natural and artificial lighting setups. Deep understanding of visual storytelling, camera movement, and frame composition. Comfortable in gimbal operation Ability to work in high-pressure environments and turn chaos into craft. Collaborative mindset, but a self-starter spirit. Bonus: Color grading knowledge, editing instincts, or drone operation. Eloquent in English (speaking-reading-writing) Min. Graduate degree in any field.
