Review Non-Conformities (NC) from the previous day with the Team Leader or Engineer and cooperate during daily/monthly audits. Conduct inspections as per work instructions and ensure compliance with specified cycle times for productivity. Prevent customer concerns by adhering to corrective action plans related to customer issues. Contribute to enhancing the company's image at customer sites through professionalism in all activities. Share ideas and provide input towards continuous improvement of Crowns operations. Actively participate in continual improvement activities related to Quality Control.
