As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order to Cash (OTC) billing activities for a variety of revenue streams including Options and Equities Trading fees, Listing fees, Pricing and Reference Data fees, Connectivity fees, Market Data fees, Regulatory fees, and other miscellaneous billing fees. Your key duties will involve completing AR billing implementations accurately and in a timely manner to address changes in services within customer accounts. You will also be required to review fee schedules in customer contracts to ensure billing is in alignment with contractual terms. In this role, effective communication with various business units, colleagues, and customers will be essential for resolving inquiries and discrepancies. You will need to conduct thorough invoicing quality reviews, provide recommendations for enhancing billing methods, processes, and controls, and ensure timely collection and remittance of revenue by meeting all required deadlines. Additionally, monitoring and managing billing inboxes to promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries will be part of your routine tasks. To qualify for this position, you should hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a business-related field, along with a minimum of 1 year of prior billing experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail. Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel is required, and the ability to analyze and solve problems, prioritize tasks, and work independently is essential. Handling confidential and sensitive information professionally, having experience with a large customer base, and being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied job assignments will be advantageous for this role.,
