You have an exciting opportunity to advance your software engineering career as a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking Team. In this role, you will be a key member of an agile team, responsible for designing and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner to support the firm's business objectives. Your main responsibilities include executing creative software solutions, designing and developing high-quality production code, creating architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, and analyzing and synthesizing data sets to improve software applications and systems. You will also build Microservices for both the bank's internal cloud and public cloud platform (AWS), collaborate with teams across different regions and time zones, and actively participate in scrum team activities. To be successful in this role, you must have formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Java, AWS, and Terraform. You should also be proficient in technologies like Java 11/17, Spring/Spring Boot, Kafka, and relational/non-relational databases such as Oracle, Cassandra, and Postgres. Experience with AWS services like EKS, Fargate, SQS, SNS, Lambda, and DevOps concepts for automated build and deployment is essential. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with modern front-end technologies and exposure to cloud technologies.,
