The Data Analyst will collect, process, and analyze data to help drive strategic decisions. They will interpret complex data sets, provide insights to various departments (like Marketing, Sales, Purchase, etc.), and support business performance through data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources. Analyze trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets. Prepare visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Work with Marketing and Sales teams to understand customer behavior and improve campaigns. Support the Purchase department by analyzing vendor performance, pricing, and market trends. Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and track progress toward goals. Provide competitor analysis and benchmarking reports. Identify process improvement opportunities based on data insights. Maintain and update data systems and databases. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis. Experience in market research or competitive intelligence. Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools.

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing creative and strategic social media plans to enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive traffic and conversions across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity. Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.). Manage daily operations of social media channels and community engagement (comments, DMs, mentions). Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant. Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, photographers, and influencers. Run paid campaigns and promotions (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Ensure brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging across all platforms. Organize and manage social media contests, giveaways, and collaborations. Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2–5 years). Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their algorithms. Creative thinking with strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc. Good understanding of social media analytics and paid ad performance. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships. Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics. Experience in handling luxury, lifestyle, FMCG, skincare, or wellness brands (if applicable). Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content.
