Job Summary We are looking for a driven and experienced *Regional Sales Manager* to lead our domestic sales operations in the state of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves managing and expanding the distributor network, driving sales growth, improving market share, and building strong brand visibility for *Aroma Basmati Rice The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG or food product sales, excellent team leadership skills, and a deep understanding of regional market dynamics. This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong execution, and regular field engagement. Key Responsibilities Appoint and Manage Distributors Identify, appoint, and oversee the performance of distributors across the region to ensure smooth supply, sales growth, and territory coverage. Improve Market Share Work closely with the sales team and channel partners to increase Aromas product reach and sales volume in the region. Grow Brand Presence Plan and execute initiatives to enhance brand visibility in retail markets, including in-store branding and retailer promotions. Team Leadership and Support Guide and monitor the team of Sales Officers. Set goals, provide training, and support them in achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Market Analysis and Competition Tracking Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and promotions. Share market insights and suggest strategies to stay competitive. Sales Reporting and Planning Review performance data, prepare regular reports on sales and collections, and coordinate with senior management for future sales plans. Requirements Education: Graduate MBA preferred Experience: 8-10 years in FMCG, food products, or rice industry sales Age: 30-35 years preferred Location: The applicant must be a resident if the state in which they are applying. Travel: Frequent travel required within the region

Job Summary We are hiring a Senior Exports Manager for the country of Gulf & US, to grow our international sales of Basmati rice through both online and offline channels. The role involves finding new global customers, appointing international distributors, and possibly working with or hiring local sales agents abroad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, international marketing experience, and be open to frequent travel. Arabic, English language skills are a plus. Key Responsibilities Develop Export Business Travel to key markets and use online platforms to find new international buyers. Appoint Distributors Identify and onboard reliable distributors in global markets to grow brand presence. Manage Local Representatives Where needed, hire or coordinate with local sales agents in other countries to support growth and customer service. Maintain Customer Relations Handle communications with international clients, respond to inquiries, and support export processes.
