Role & Responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories. Expand the customer base by adding new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Upsell and cross-sell products (e.g., promoting combo offers of namkeens and pickles). Conduct market visits to assess product availability, visibility, and competitor activities. Introduce new products or SKUs in existing and new markets Appoint and manage distributors and ensure product availability in their network. Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection. Maintain healthy business relationships with retailers and distributors. Support distributors in managing inventory, stock rotation, and schemes. Maintain sales records, reports, and customer data using CRM or Excel tools. Regularly visit clients to maintain strong business relationships. Address and resolve customer complaints regarding product quality, pricing, or delivery. Skills Required A Sales Executive in the Food Processing Industry should have strong FMCG sales skills, local market knowledge, communication ability, and a proactive attitude to expand market share and achieve company sales goals
