As a Tele Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers over the phone, promote our products/services, and secure sales leads and orders. Your role will be crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be part of a dynamic sales team and will work closely with Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and build interest . Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and persuasive manner, addressing their queries, providing information, and presenting product benefits. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs, emphasizing the value and advantages of our offerings. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding customer requirements and pain points. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into confirmed sales by overcoming objections, negotiating effectively, and closing deals. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Follow-Up: Follow up on potential leads and customer inquiries to ensure timely closure of deals and customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and address customer queries effectively. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to improve sales processes and achieve collective goals. Maintain Sales Documentation: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses as required. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently. Familiarity with basic computer skills. Resilient and able to handle rejection positively. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
