Ensure full compliance with Defence Procurement Procedures (DPP/DPM/GFRs) and other government procurement guidelines. Oversee vendor registration, onboarding, and development processes. Prepare and review RFPs/RFQs, commercial proposals, and contracts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of procurement & support projects. Provide expert advice on procurement risk management and cost optimization.
