We are seeking a skilled Design & Estimate Engineer (Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering) with experience in Solar Projects / Electrical Projects / Electrical Panel Manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have at least two / three years of experience in the design & estimation department. Key Responsibilities:Basic knowledge of electrical design and estimation Basic skill of AutoCad for making electrical drawings. Added advantage for creating detailed 2D/3D design layouts using CAD tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards Prepare detailed Bill of Materials as per design and drawing Coordination with client to understand detail scope of work Coordination with architects, MEP/structural engineers, contractors, and project execution team Generate comprehensive cost estimates (materials, labor, overhead) based of BOQ / drawing prepared and pricing models using vendor quotes, historical data and estimation tools Perform technical and financial feasibility studies; identify and mitigate risks early in the project lifecycle Coordinate with the project execution team to update or change required in design drawing to suit actual site conditions Update design and cost schedules in response to scope changes. Coordination with Project Head for requirement of projects Keep tracking of each quote/offer, tenders, Bids submitted and reporting to project head Maintain clear, audit-ready records of design iterations and cost analyses Offer technical inputs during project execution, bidding phases, and site visits as required Man power management, coordination with vendors, logistics Assessments and verification of materials receipt as per specifications & record of technical documents
To manage the store operations efficiently, ensuring proper inventory control, timely issuance and receipt of materials, and compliance with company policies. The role requires technical understanding to handle engineering spares and materials relevant to electrical and mechanical equipment. Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records of inventory using ERP or inventory software. Ensure optimal stock levels of spares, tools, and consumables. Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Material Handling:Supervise receipt and issue of materials with proper documentation. Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity as per specifications. Classify, store, and tag materials appropriately for easy retrieval. Coordination:Coordinate with the purchase department for timely replenishment of stock. Liaise with maintenance, production, and engineering teams for their material requirements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Compliance & Safety:Ensure the store is organized, clean, and adheres to safety and fire norms. Maintain proper documentation (GRN, MRN, Issue Slips, Stock Registers). Comply with company SOPs and ISO/quality systems.
Call incoming leads generated via online ads and campaigns. • Understand customer requirements (backup need, load, budget, solar integration, etc.). • Confidently explain our BESS solutions and benefits (inverter + battery integration, reliability, ROI). • Prepare & send quotations with support from technical team. • Negotiate and close deals on call/video (Zoom/Google Meet). • Maintain CRM/lead sheet, follow up on warm leads until closure. • Coordinate with operations team for order execution.
