JOB RESPONSIBILITY Department: Quality Control Designation: Executive Experience: 4–8 years Qualification: B.Sc Chemistry / M.Sc Chemistry / B.Pharm / M.Pharm Number of Positions: 4 Gender: Open to both (Male & Female) Job Summary: To perform quality control testing and analysis of raw materials, finished products, stability samples, and microbiological parameters as per current GMP (cGMP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), pharmacopeial standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure product quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Allocate tasks among all Quality Control personnel. Ensure that raw materials, packing materials, and finished products comply with approved specifications and GMP/GLP standards. Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation (analytical reports, logbooks, etc.). Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory standards. Participate in internal audits, external inspections, and implement CAPAs. Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specifications, and testing protocols. Monitor compliance with approved procedures. Review quality control records. Ensure proper maintenance of department premises and equipment. Oversee the calibration program of lab equipment. Manage lab organization (documents, glassware, chemicals, equipment). Ensure proper storage and organization of retained samples. Handle reference and working standards properly. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the laboratory. Report and participate in investigations of OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), incidents, and deviations.
