Role & responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented Local Sales Officer to drive sales of building materials in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting construction sites , generating leads , and building strong relationships with engineers, contractors, masons, and dealers to boost product visibility and conversions. Preferred candidate profile • Minimum qualification: Diploma or Graduate • 1 to 3 years of field sales experience , preferably in building materials, FMCG, or hardware. • Strong local market knowledge • Good communication and interpersonal skills (local language proficiency is a must). • Ability to work independently, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the territory.
