Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits. Conduct test drives with customers in a professional and safe manner. Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in options with customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, promotions, and financing plans. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Prepare required paperwork and ensure smooth delivery of vehicles. Stay updated on competitor models and market trends.
