The Functional Consultant in Supply Planning is tasked with delivering comprehensive Supply Chain Planning Consulting engagements across various industries and geographies. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and ensure the successful delivery of supply chain technology projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead teams across multiple projects in different locations, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations. Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and adopting supply chain solutions. Provide functional and business process expertise on projects involving consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees. Contribute to the creation and execution of account strategies and plans, leveraging team strengths. Manage cross-functional programs/projects involving multiple client stakeholders and vendors. Advise clients on industry best practices and process benchmarks. Provide leadership and guidance to consultants, ensuring high standards, project discipline, and accountability. Create reusable assets to accelerate solution delivery and contribute to building the Supply Chain practice. Serve as a solution architect with expertise in supply chain planning technology and domain. Educational Qualifications: A strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools is required. Required Skills: Experience with 3 to 7 years in the supply chain planning domain, including hands-on technology exposure. Demonstrated experience with at least two implementations using one or more leading supply chain software tools such as JDA Blue Yonder, SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, Anaplan, E2Open, Arkieva, Oracle ASCP, OM Partners, or custom-built applications featuring advanced algorithms (AI/ML). Proficient understanding of supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization. Ability to work with various supply chain technologies; training will be provided as needed. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to handle data-intensive scenarios and analyze large amounts of data; familiarity with R, Python, and SQL is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to manage and deliver to customer expectations under pressure. Meticulous planning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Strong leadership skills, ability to influence, and drive projects in a matrix management environment focusing on collaboration and results orientation.

Purpose of the Job The principal objective of the DRP Planner is to strategically manage and optimize the flow of finished goods to ensure the correct inventory is available at the right location and time, while balancing inventory levels with backorders and minimizing slow moving stocks. About the job (Job Responsibilities) Review and execute short and medium-term supply optimization from given customer demand and communicate to the organization. Ensure inventory stocking policies are followed for trade goods down to SKU level including safety stock levels and order quantities. Monitoring of process order On Time, In Full (OTIF) metric will be required to assess quality of plan. IC-STO management and tracking. Coordinate the execution of the supply plan with responsible ISC Organization, effectively managing any exceptions with demand forecasts. Work collaboratively with the ISC Organization to ensure key assumptions on anticipated production capabilities are reflected within the forecasts. Actively communicate situation on blocked stock to the ISC organization. Determine the most appropriate inventory replenishment models that balance service, cost, and inventory based on the objectives of the business using Arkieva Inventory Module. Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts while minimizing excess inventory. This involves analyzing demand patterns, collaborating with relevant stake holder. Maintenance of Arkieva master data (plant assignments) relevant for the supply and inventory planning process. Maintenance of SAP master data (replenishment parameters and Planning rates) relevant for the supply and inventory planning process. Will be responsible for the process quality of NUSAP (new SKU creation). Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data related inventory levels, lead times, to enable informed decision-making and minimize potential disruptions. Analyze processes for inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives, such as process automation, route optimization (if any). Manage specific Supply Chain projects to meet budget requirements, project timelines, goals, business objectives etc. We believe you bring (Education & Experience) Post Graduate degree in business, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline. Highly proficient in MS Office packages (Excel, Access; SharePoint). APICS Certification would be an added advantage. Very good English communication skills. Excellent analytical skills. Demonstrable capability to analyze data (including mass cross-reference data validation, trending and forecasting). Strong communication skills; able to communicate with all functional levels within the business. Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP system), Business Warehouse (or equivalent data warehouse) or Arkieva (or equivalent advanced planning software) is preferred. Solid understanding of supply chain and business processes. Ability to prioritize and proactively complete projects with little direction. Process driven attitude and results orientated.
