Role Overview The Admin & HR professional will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, employee lifecycle activities, HR policies implementation, and ensuring smooth functioning of office support services. The role demands a balance between people management and administrative efficiency to support the corporate goals of the organization. Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR): Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, selection, offer rollout). Organize induction & onboarding programs for new employees. Maintain candidate and employee records. Employee Engagement & Relations Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide timely resolution. Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and team-building programs. Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values. Performance & Development Assist in performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Maintain HRMIS and ensure accurate reporting of employee performance data. HR Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Draft, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs. Maintain employee files, contracts, and confidentiality of records. Payroll & Attendance Oversee attendance, leave management, and timesheets. Coordinate with accounts/finance for payroll processing. Maintain records of overtime, deductions, and statutory filings. Administration: Office Management Oversee housekeeping, office supplies, security, and facility management. Manage vendor contracts, AMC renewals, and office utilities. Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards in the workplace. Travel & Logistics Coordinate travel bookings, transport, and accommodation for employees. Manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and events. Asset & Infrastructure Management Maintain inventory of IT assets, furniture, equipment, and office stationery. Coordinate with IT/Admin for setup of new workstations and infrastructure. Coordination & Support Act as the first point of contact for internal & external stakeholders. Support leadership in corporate communications and scheduling. Manage reception, front desk, and visitor management system. Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP tools. Organizational and multitasking ability. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management. 2–8 years of relevant experience in Admin & HR (depending on role seniority). Experience in corporate or mid-sized organizations preferred.
