The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling ArkaShines soil health & monitoring solutions to farmers, agribusinesses, cooperatives, agricultural extension agencies, and other relevant customers. This role involves field-sales, solution selling, building relationships, articulating technical value, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Prospecting and lead generation: Identify, qualify and engage with potential customers (farmers, agribusiness farms, cooperatives, extension services) in assigned territory/segment. Presenting & demonstrating solutions: Provide product demos (on-farm or via remote/onsite) of ArkaShines devices and explain the technical/ROI value (e.g., improved yield, optimized input use, sustainability). Solution selling: Understand customer pain-points (soil testing delays, lack of lab access, inefficient inputs, irrigation inefficiencies) and position ArkaShines solution accordingly. Negotiation and closing: Lead sales cyclesfrom proposal through negotiation to contract signing, achieving targets. Customer onboarding & hand-off: Work with product & operations teams to ensure deployed equipment, training, and support for customers. Account management & upsell: Maintain relationships with existing customers, identify upsell opportunities (e.g., additional monitoring devices, service subscriptions, recurring testing). Market intelligence & feedback: Collect feedback from field, report competitor activity, market trends, customer insights to inform product roadmap and marketing strategy. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, technical support, and operations teams to ensure sales success and customer satisfaction.
