Role DescriptionBrand Guardian: Responsible for the brand/s performance in line with the brand strategy and overall company strategy in the company's target market. Setting brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term. Creating & managing promotional collaterals, pricing, new product launches Active monitoring of competitor activities and accordingly plan, revise and coordinate to ensure “implementation “ of the brand strategy Planning Activities: Annual Business Plans, Input Budgeting & Analyze product & category data (AWACS, IQVIA, SMSRC) & Use analysis to develop marketing strategies Internal Selling: Cycle Meeting planning & execution, coordinating with other areas of the company to execute programs (i.e. Distribution and supply, Graphics & Promotion, Medical etc.) and keeping Senior Management informed and supportive Monitoring Performance: Track brand progress, managing budgets, reviews & field work The PersonMust have a post-graduate qualification in pharmacy or MBAMinimum 4 year experience in CNS/Brand Management for Assistant Product Manager positionExperience in product management and product life cycle managementProficiency in market research and data analysisStrong understanding of marketing strategies and campaign managementExcellent communication and collaboration skills Thanks & Regards,Mitesh Khant9727143270
