You will be responsible for performing and coordinating day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives as an individual contributor. As a SAP Ariba Solution Architect with 12 to 18 years of experience, you will carry out root cause analysis on complex problems as part of Tier-3 support, and design, develop, and implement new solutions. Your scope of responsibilities will include project management, minor demand management, and Tier-3 production incident management. Your required knowledge areas will include, but may not be limited to: Ariba Network, Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Ariba Catalogs, Ariba Contracts, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Ariba Integration (CI9, CIG, BAPI, BAdI, Webservices), Ariba integration with non-ERP systems, SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA MM configuration, Ariba-specific parameters, programs, and other functions, as well as SAP CIG add-on configuration. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Ariba solutions and integration with other systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and provide innovative solutions to enhance business processes. You have over 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba Upstream Module, including implementation and support. You possess a strong understanding and practical experience in Ariba Sourcing Projects, RFX, Auctions, Contract Management, and SLP. Additionally, you have integration knowledge with various backend ERP systems for Master data objects replication. Knowledge of CIG integration would be an added advantage for this role. Your communication skills are excellent, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and executive leaders. You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating self-motivation in your work. Your experience includes hands-on work in building interfaces with SAP and Legacy Systems, with familiarity in IDOC, XML, and other related technologies. Furthermore, you have practical experience in documenting User Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications, and Training documents. Your familiarity with tools such as Remedy, HP Application Life Cycle Management, and SAP Solution Manager is an asset. You also have knowledge of Ariba Integration (Cloud Integration Gateway) with multiple backend ERP systems, along with experience in Config/Organization and master data replication from ERP systems to Ariba. In addition to the above, you have 5-8 years of experience and have completed at least one implementation in Ariba Downstream. You possess functional experience in both upstream and downstream integration, with a good understanding of procurement processes, Commerce Automation, and the Ariba Network. Your expertise includes working on Catalog, Guided buying (optional), and Invoicing processes, as well as being well-versed in Approval Workflows. Your language proficiency in English is fluent, enabling effective communication at various business levels. You are proactive in system monitoring for issue resolution, resolving production support tickets, and rolling out downstream processes for new regions. Rigorous testing is part of your process before system deliveries, and you excel in master data maintenance. Additionally, you conduct hand-holding and training sessions with users for new entities.,

Competently understands customer requirements easily troubleshoots and solves problems with minimal supervision and direction capable of researching and making fact-based, data-backed decisions. . Significant experience in application design, and in the development and configuration of technology solutions to support P2P business processes. . Designs solutions specific to business process outcomes and understands how to develop and integrate a proposed solution into a customer%27s existing business and technical environment. .
