As a Downstream Lead specializing in Ariba Buying & Invoicing, you will be responsible for driving workshops with P2P business teams to comprehend their existing business processes, tools, and technologies. Your role will involve adeptly designing and implementing SAP P2P/Buying & Invoicing solutions for clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time and meeting scope requirements. Client interaction throughout the project lifecycle will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, along with defining solution strategies, gathering customer requirements through workshops, and preparing detailed functional specifications for integration activities. Your guidance in business process and configuration design choices based on Ariba capabilities and constraints will be crucial. Additionally, you will conduct user training, facilitate integration and user acceptance testing, and provide support to business users in resolving process or system issues. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of implementation experience in Ariba P2P, with a minimum of 2-3 implementations involving downstream Ariba solutions. Your background should encompass 7+ full cycle implementations of Ariba P2P, making you a dynamic procurement professional with a blend of consulting and business acumen. You must be a thought leader in the Sourcing and Procurement domain, possessing Ariba configuration and customization experience, and expertise in guiding technical teams for integrating Ariba P2P solutions with SAP ERPs. Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills are essential for this position, along with a strong knowledge of core P2P concepts and principles, and a deep understanding of current trends in this area. Your consulting approach should enable you to gather the right level of information, perform accurate analyses, and present outcomes in an easily understandable format tailored to an executive audience. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science to complement your professional qualifications and enhance your capabilities in this role.,
