We are looking for an enthusiastic Visa Consultant specializing in telesales to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their visa applications for popular international destinations such as the UK, Canada, Australia, the US, and Schengen countries. You will engage with clients over the phone, offering expert advice, and guiding them through the application process while promoting and selling our visa services. Telesales Engagement : Initiate and respond to calls from potential clients interested in visa services. Provide clear, concise information about visa options, requirements, and the application process. Consulting and Advisory : Evaluate client needs and suggest the best visa solutions based on their travel plans, nationality, and other criteria. Sales Conversion : Follow up on leads, generate new business opportunities, and close sales while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by offering exceptional service, addressing concerns, and providing updates on the status of their visa applications. Document Management : Ensure that all customer details and application information are accurately recorded in the CRM system. Skills and Qualifications: Sales Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role. Previous experience in immigration or visa consulting is an added advantage.
