We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Academic Counsellor to join our team and guide aspiring students through their creative journey. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, skilled in communication, and committed to helping students make informed academic and career decisions—ensuring every student feels heard, informed, inspired and supported. Key Responsibilities Engage with leads from digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and outreach campaigns. Initiate timely follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture interest Schedule and conduct personalized counselling sessions at the center Understand student goals and recommend suitable animation/VFX/game design courses Explain course structures, fees, career outcomes, and placement support Facilitate documentation, fee collection, and onboarding Coordinate with faculty and admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding and student engagement Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams for campaign feedback Participate in student engagement events and orientation programs Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
