About Us: Arena Animation Kankurgachi and Arena Animation Barasat are leading institutes in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphics, and UI/UX Design education. We are seeking a talented and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute online marketing strategies for both our centers, aimed at generating quality leads, building brand awareness, and driving student enrolments. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Manage social media content creation, posting schedules, and engagement for both centers. Coordinate with the graphics team to produce creatives, videos, and ad assets. Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements. Conduct competitor analysis and identify new marketing opportunities. Manage and update website landing pages for better conversion rates. Support in offline marketing activities and event promotions when required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience in Google Ads and Social Media Marketing . Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and lead tracking tools. Strong understanding of creative briefing and campaign coordination. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Female candidate preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience in the education or training industry.
