Area Service Incharge (Water Purifier)

Candidate should have experience in handling Service franchise. Responsible for the service performance of the entire Branch Build and develop The market for Brand service for the respective Branch. Maintaining and improving TAT, Revenue Handling Customer Escalations and resolving Issues on time Review the performances of Auth. Service Franchisees & Service Engineers and taking corrective actions for non-performer. Managing the service centre as profit centres Generate revenue through SPD business as per defined target. Controlling the expense. Responsible for Complaint Management & franchisee development & Network correction. Dealers visit and Dealers Co-ordination from a service point of view Conduct Service Meet of weekly basis for better understand of Service requirement. Desired Candidate: Ready to travel Experience in team handling of Service Engineer, Free lancers and Franchisees.
