Role & responsibilities Education: Diploma / B. Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization or Diploma in Any Specialization required. Reporting to : State Head - Service Team Size to manage : 08-10 Digital Repair Specialist Designation : Manager Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities : Manage service delivery operations for assigned areas, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and issues. Oversee a team responsible for installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of FTTH/Cable/Telecom devices at customer premises. Ensure compliance with quality standards and processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues related to DTH/Cable/Telecom services. Desired Candidate Profile 6-11 years of experience in Field Installation or Service management or similar role in the telecom industry. Strong problem-solving skills with domain knowledge of DTH/Cable/Telecom/Devices. Excellent communication skills essential.
