About the Role:

Habitbev Private Limited is a proud franchise partner of Bailey Water, a trusted brand under Parle Agro. We are expanding our field sales team to support growing demand and deepen market reach.

Habitbev is seeking energetic and dedicated Sales Officers to drive product availability and visibility in the market through regular retailer visits, efficient order booking, and effective collections. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fieldwork and are committed to consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit 5–6 retail outlets daily, covering 6 routes per week
• Achieve monthly sales targets of 2,500–3,000 cases
• Convert new outlets into long-term customers
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection
• Maintain accurate and updated sales logs
• Report regularly to the Area Sales Manager

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in FMCG or beverage/water sales
• Fluent in Tamil; basic English skills preferred
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Punctual, target-oriented, and self-motivated
