Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for Primary and Secondary sales of the distributor. 2. Responsible to make sure that all the SO/PSR are working as per beat plan. 3. Appointment of Distributor in the allotted territory as per coverage plan. 4. Maintain inventory at distributor stock points per norms. 5. Achieve Primary/Secondary sales target for entire team as per ABP. 6. Reporting daily Primary and Daily Secondary to the Sales Head. 7. Report to the Sales Head on Weekly/Monthly basis as per given format. 8. Check on competitor activity and report the same to Sales Head. 9. Impart on field training and in house training to all SO/PSR. 10. Communication of monthly target to our CP. Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
