Job Requirements

Area Sales Manager

Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of Loan against Property products in the designated area. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Loan against Property products
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and customer service
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market insights

Skills:

Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in the financial services industry
Strong understanding of Loan against Property products and market dynamics
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
Result-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
