Job Description

- Identify and approach potential leads at construction sites such as contractors and builders. - Conduct effective and clear on-site product demonstration to potential clients. - Distribute informative sales kits and promotional materials. - Schedule and arrange meetings between clients and senior sales executives for further discussions. - Maintain organized and accurate lead records and updates in Google Sheets. - Regularly communicate progress, market feedback, and lead updates to the Sales Manager - Research and identify construction stages of various sites to strategically target potential leads. - Collect accurate contact info of leads and foster long-term relationships through consistent follow-up. - Present product pricing and negotiate terms, to secure sales order - Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the product knowledge and sales technique
