Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market. Market & industry analysis. Generating & increasing sales. Developing agents & distribution network. Selection & motivation of agents/distributors. Relationship management. Good communicational abilities and pleasing personality. Behavioral Competencies Market knowledge / extensively networked. Should have an eye for detail. Role Specific Competencies: Should be ready to expand job portfolio horizontally. MBA with minimum 1-5 years of work experience. AMFI certification compulsory.
