Area Project Manager- UK & UP West

As an Assistant Manager at Apparels, based in Chandigarh, India, your responsibilities will include the following: You will be responsible for managing store opening and renovation timelines from WCD to HOTVM for COCO and COFO stores, working exclusively with registered vendors. This will involve preparing work schedules, conducting regular site visits, and ensuring effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders such as VM, Design team, Landlord, Franchise, RBD team, multiple vendors, and Ops team. Your role will also involve organizing project steering meetings, sharing project reports, and completing all necessary documentation including site visit reports, checklists, and handover documents. You will be required to invite estimates from vendors, assess and vet them, and forward the approved estimates to the commercial team for PO creations. The target completion timeline for projects is set at 39 days. Additionally, you will be responsible for vendor development by aligning them with the forecasted plan and immediate requirements, with a target of bringing on board 2 new vendors in the area. Ensuring standardized quality of work across stores, effective repair and maintenance, timely project completion scheduling, and addressing snaglists within set timelines will also be key aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a graduate degree with a minimum of 2-6 years of relevant experience. You will report to the Senior Executive within the organization.
