AREA MANAGER PROJECT-SALES

We are seeking a results-driven Area Manager to lead project sales of TMT steel bars and building materials. The role involves acquiring new projects, managing key client relationships, and driving regional sales growth.

LOCATION:THRISSUR/COCHIN

Responsibilities:

• Acquire & manage infrastructure/construction projects
• Build strong relationships with builders, contractors & developers
• Develop & execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Lead & motivate the regional sales team

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience in project/B2B sales (steel/TMT/construction preferred)
• Strong network in construction/infrastructure industry
• Excellent negotiation, communication & leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil (MBA preferred)
• Willingness to travel within the territory
