Job Description

Business Development & Sales

Drive insurance sales through partner bank branches within the assigned area.
Achieve business targets (premium, revenue, product mix, persistency) as per company objectives.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize wallet share.

Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong relationships with bank branch managers, cluster heads, and staff.
Ensure alignment between bank stakeholders and company objectives.
Conduct regular joint business reviews with bank leadership.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers/Partner Support staff.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to improve productivity.
Ensure effective deployment of manpower across branches.

Operational Excellence

Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal processes.
Ensure accurate documentation, policy issuance, and timely service delivery.
Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and claims experience.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Track competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
Work closely with zonal/regional teams to design and implement area-level strategies.
