- Create a Team of Medical Communication Executives for the city - 4-5 Medical Communication Executives/Area Managers.
- Train, Develop, Guide MCE's w.r.t. meeting HCP's and scientific dissemination of Philips Avent products.- Create and execute workshops for training MCEs to establish expertise in Scientific education of Mother/Baby care.- Create an infrastructure and MSL structure to cover 100 HCPs per MCE and establish relationship with top hospitals stakeholders.- Drive Recommendations from HCPs for Philips Avent products - tracking by IQperVIA.- Drive and ensure availability & recommendations of Philips Avent acrossu00A0Gynae, Padeia and Lactation consultations.- Establish deep working relationship with top Hospital chains in Gynae and Padeia.- Establish deep relationship with top 30 KOLsu00A0in Gynae and Padeia in the city.- Participate and engage in multiple conferences to push visibility of Philips Avent with HCPs and top hospitals.- Drive Sales in Hospital pharmacies for Philips Avent products.- Execute Scientific dissemination via programs like CME's and neonatal classes.You're the right fit if:
