Area Field Sales Representative - Lubricant

We are working in automobile industry since last 40 years as super stockist of all spare parts with almost all two and four wheeler company in India like TVS, Bajaj, Hero, Royal Enfield, Honda, Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen, Mahindra, Hundai etc and our head office is located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Department:- Sales & Business Development

Basic Eligibility Criteria:-

• The candidate should be a native of Lucknow or who has been permanently residing in Lucknow for more than 10 years, only he will be selected.
• Must have min 2 year's of work experience in Field Sales & Business Development in Auto spare parts OR FMCG products OR other products.
• *Note:- work experience in NBFC's/investment/bank/loan/recovery/service industry will not considered for interview.
• min Bachelor's Degree.
• Must have own Bike and valid Driving License.
• Must agree to visit whole Lucknow and nearby areas.

Job role and responsibilities:-

• Must visit the assigned area on regular basis for selling of automobile mobil oil to wholesaler, distributor, retailer's etc.
• Negotiate the price, close the deal and get order from existing customers and assign new ones for business development.
• Reporting to senior manager on regular basis.
• Regular attending the review meeting with sales reports on time in hour head office.

Reporting Location:- Transportnagar, Lucknow

CTC per month:- Rs. 25,000-30,000/- per month (Negotiable) + Incentives (up to Rs. 5,000-7,000/-) + TA (up to Rs. 5,000-8,000/- pm) + DA + PF/ESIC Medical Insurance + Life insurance.

Interview rounds:- 1st round on call / Tele round / Final round:- Face to Face (Week days).
