Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Business Manager (ABM) to drive sales, expand market presence, and manage retail operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail, franchise management, and team handling within the watches or luxury goods industry. Experience in business development, talent management, and digital marketing (ATL, BTL) is highly desirable. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Retail & Franchise Management: Oversee and ensure smooth operations of franchise and company-owned stores in the assigned area. Market Expansion & Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to increase brand presence. Sales Performance & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability. Talent & Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor store teams to enhance productivity and customer experience. Customer Experience & Brand Positioning: Ensure a premium in-store experience and alignment with brand values. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with supply chain teams for efficient inventory management. Data Analysis & Performance Insights: Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. Marketing & Promotions: Implement digital marketing tools, ATL, and BTL campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with franchise owners, distributors, and internal departments to align business objectives. Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of retail business, franchise operations, and luxury goods sales . Proven track record in team leadership and talent management . Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and business performance for strategic growth. Hands-on experience with digital marketing, ATL, and BTL activities . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work in a competitive and fast-paced retail environment.
