As a Franchise Sales Executive/ Manager with 2-7 years of experience, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing new clients in Telangana, Chennai, and Andhra Pradesh. Your primary tasks will include cold calling, networking, referrals, face-to-face meetings, and other methods to build a productive pipeline and manage the sales process from open to close. Your role will involve selling franchise opportunities and exploring new markets across India. You will need to identify potential investors, make presentations to prospective franchisees, and create detailed business plans tailored to specific cities and areas. It is essential to explain the franchise model, including investment details, expenses, ROI, profit sharing, etc., to potential partners. Competitor analysis and area surveys will be part of your responsibilities, along with staying updated on regulations and permissions required to establish preschools, elementary schools, and K-12 schools nationwide. You will participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and other events across India, showcasing your knowledge of advertising, marketing, and promotional trends. Your expertise in franchise operations and ability to maintain strong business relationships with existing and new franchisees will be crucial. Liaising with K-12 schools countrywide, discussing agreements, and closing deals with potential franchisees are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, you should be comfortable with travel as needed. This is a work-from-home opportunity offering a salary ranging from 3 to 8.5 lakh per annum. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification, along with key skills in franchise management and development.
