Job Title: Product Sales Manager Experience: 46 Years Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Chennai Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a high-ownership B2B sales professional who can independently drive the complete sales cycle for our SaaS B2B platform. This role suits someone who understands enterprise buying behavior, manages multi-stakeholder environments smoothly, and can demonstrate real business pain points into our solution, & ease of use with essential requirements for every business. Key Responsibilities 1. Build & Own the Enterprise Pipeline - Target mid-market and enterprise accounts in your assigned region. - Drive outbound outreach, partner-led opportunities, and strategic account growth. 2. Conduct Structured Discovery - Engage with CIO/CTO/IT Heads, Operations, Finance, Digital, and Procurement. - Deep-dive into business workflows, pain points, and cloud adoption maturity. 3. Lead Product Demonstrations - Deliver tailored SaaS demos highlighting functional value and business outcomes. - Present ROI models, solution fit, and adoption plans aligned to customer context. 4. Manage Commercials & Deal Closure - Prepare proposals, multi-year pricing, and negotiation plans. - Navigate enterprise processestech evaluation, InfoSec compliance, legal and procurementto close deals smoothly. - Maintain ongoing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. What You Must Bring 46 years of B2B SaaS or Cloud product sales experience (mandatory). Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and subscription-based models. Ability to independently manage discovery, demo, negotiation, and closure. Excellent communication, executive engagement, and stakeholder management skills. CRM discipline with the ability to manage multiple active deals. Graduate and above with strong flair for business knowledge on how to grow and capture new business. Familiarity with IT products & their solutioning. Result oriented, target driven and able to think out of box. Ability to understand the business dynamics and think of new ways for selling the company product & services. Salary Negotiable, as per industry standards, Incentives on Gross Margins Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment - Preferred / Added Advantage - Experience selling in IT Products & solution as an BDM or as Product Manager. Experience in selling CRM or HRMS products (big plus). - Exposure to value-based selling, consultative selling, or solution-led sales motions. - Familiarity with enterprise workflows in HR, sales, operations, or IT environments.
