The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for our dealership/distributorship, which specializes in a range of industrial and commercial products. These products include: * Air Circulation: Industrial exhaust fans, High-Volume Low-Speed (HVLS) fans, commercial ceiling fans, and BLDC fans. * Power & Energy: Lithium batteries and inverters. * Fluid Control: Plumbing and HVAC valves. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. This role requires a strong understanding of technical products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: * Sales & Business Development: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline. * Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, engineers, project managers, and facility managers. * Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including technical specifications, applications, and competitive advantages. * Marketing & Promotion: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and brand within the target market. * Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Negotiate terms to secure profitable deals. * Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, forecast sales, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the industrial, HVAC, or electrical products sector. * Demonstrable track record of achieving sales quotas. * Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain complex products. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build rapport with clients and a strong customer service orientation. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
