The ideal candidate will be a female hospitality professional with a strong front office background and the ability to supervise the housekeeping department . Key Responsibilities Front Office Operations : Manage day-to-day front office functions including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing Lead and supervise front office staff to maintain service excellence and guest satisfaction Handle VIP guests, escalated issues, and special requests Ensure smooth and efficient communication with all internal departments Housekeeping Supervision : Coordinate with the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and readiness of rooms and public areas Monitor housekeeping schedules, quality standards, and guest feedback related to cleanliness Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities Guest Relations & Service Quality : Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment Resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently Ensure guests receive timely and courteous service throughout their stay Administrative & Training Duties : Maintain accurate records, occupancy reports, and billing documentation Use Property Management System (PMS) effectively to manage bookings and reporting Assist in training and development of front office and housekeeping staff Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs and service protocols Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or supervisory role in a 3-star or above hotel Female candidates only, with strong leadership and multitasking skills Prior exposure to housekeeping coordination is an advantage Good communication skills in English and Malayalam ; Hindi is a plus Professional grooming, guest-first mindset, and the ability to handle pressure Computer proficiency, especially with hotel PMS software and MS Office Willing to work in rotational or flexible shifts Why Join Us?
