Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in GIS. Continuously update knowledge of ESRIs ArcGIS platform. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, or a related field. Proven experience in GIS consulting and project management. Proficiency in ESRI's ArcGIS software suite, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcMap. Strong spatial analysis and cartographic skills. Knowledge of geodatabase design and management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Project management certification (e.g., PMP) (Optional) 2+ Years of experience in GIS consulting and project management. 2+ Years of hands-on experience with ESRI's ArcGIS platform.
